Nacque ufficialmente nel mwea1983 e ricevette in affitto, dall'mweqAusimont, la gestione del settore del mwegcloro e dei derivati del mwewfluoro, degli mwfaossigenati, degli additivi per i polimeri e degli isolanti.

Nel mwfg1991 Montefluos venne incorporata definitivamente in mwfwAusimont.cite-ref-1[1]
